I've been organising old photo libraries and this is one that never saw the light of day before, but I like it. We were at the southern tip of the Kamchatka Peninsula, trying to film eagles for Frozen Planet, which wasn't going very well - it's one of those filming trips that never made it to screen. It's one of the snowiest places on earth, and this early morning walk took me to a junction of overnight hares.
